Child Art Therapist
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this post is to:
• Provide Art Therapy to Children affected by Child Sexual Abuse within an MDT setting.
• To communicate with and support the child's family as needed.
The uccessful candidate may be required to work across CHI sites and services in line with organisational requirements and the development of the new children's hospital and associated services.
Essential Criteria:
• Post Graduate Qualification in Child Art Psychotherapy/Art Therapy,
• Eligible for Accreditation with an appropriate accreditation body,
• Minimum 3 yrs clinical case work (can include 1 year in placement training.)
• Experience in working with Children who have experienced CSA, Abuse, Neglect and Trauma
