Site Manager - Residential Developer
Location: Citywest / West Dublin
Salary: €90-€100K
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

An established residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a major residential development in the Citywest / West Dublin area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong construction professional with proven residential experience to join a developer with a healthy pipeline of projects across Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and site personnel.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme, drawings and specifications.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and site presentation.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Engineers, Design Team and Commercial Team.
• Manage short-term programmes and ensure key construction milestones are achieved.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Manage inspections, snagging and quality control throughout the build.
• Coordinate the completion and handover of residential units.
• Attend and contribute to regular site and progress meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Site Management / Construction Management.
