Trainee Insurance Advisor

How you'll make an impact
You'll help customers find the protection that's right for them while delivering a friendly, professional and personalised service. You'll:
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and help them explore suitable insurance options.
- Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer service and support.
- Provide guidance on a range of personal insurance products.
- Prepare and manage quotations, renewals and policy changes.
- Work closely with insurers and underwriters to find the best solutions for customers.
- Support customers across phone, email and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Continue developing your knowledge and professional skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.

What You'll Need:
- A Leaving Certificate (or equivalent qualification), or a relevant third-level qualification.
- A willingness to learn and work towards professional insurance qualifications, fully supported by us.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
