Based in Killarney, this is an opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team where your contribution will make a real difference. You'll play a key role in helping customers review their insurance options, secure competitive renewal terms and ensure they continue to receive the service and protection they need.
How you'll make an impact
As a Renewal Invite Executive, you'll help customers make informed decisions about their insurance cover while supporting GMIB's continued growth and success. You'll:
- Review and prepare renewal invitations, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
- Engage with customers to discuss their insurance needs and renewal options.
- Provide advice and guidance on a range of insurance products and policy choices.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, helping to build long-term client relationships.
- Analyse market and insurer pricing trends to support informed renewal decisions.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services that meet customer needs.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver the best possible customer outcomes.
- Balance customer needs, regulatory requirements and commercial objectives with confidence and professionalism.
About you
- APA qualified, or willing to complete the relevant Insurance Institute qualifications with full support from GMIB.
- Leaving Certificate (or equivalent qualification), or a relevant third-level qualification.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Enjoy building relationships and helping customers find the right solutions.
- Are confident communicators, particularly over the phone.
- Have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Enjoy analysing information and making informed decisions.
- Are organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Take a proactive, solution-focused approach to their work.
- Work well as part of a team while being comfortable taking ownership of their own responsibilities.
- Are confident using Microsoft Office and a range of business systems.
