Based in Wexford, you'll join a collaborative and ambitious Financial Services team, helping individuals and businesses navigate important financial decisions around retirement planning, investments, protection and employee benefits. You'll have the support of a growing Irish business, backed by the expertise, resources and opportunities of one of the world's leading insurance and risk management organisations.

How you'll make an impact
As a Financial Consultant Sales Executive, you'll become a trusted adviser to clients, helping them understand their goals and develop financial strategies that support their future ambitions. You'll:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Provide professional advice across pensions, investments, protection, employee benefits and group risk solutions.
- Conduct detailed financial reviews to understand clients' objectives and identify suitable recommendations.
- Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking and relationship-building activities.
- Manage and support corporate employee benefit and group risk schemes, including renewals, member engagement and ongoing servicing.
- Research and analyse suitable products and investment options to deliver tailored client recommendations.
- Work closely with accountants, solicitors and other professional advisers to identify opportunities and deliver joined-up client solutions.
- Keep clients informed about market developments, regulatory changes and emerging opportunities.
About you
- QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) qualification.
- A relevant retirement planning, pensions or employee benefits qualification, such as RPA or CFP®.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, corporate benefits and group risk arrangements.
- Experience in a similar Financial Adviser, Financial Consultant or Employee Benefits role.
- Is passionate about helping clients make confident financial decisions.QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) qualification
- Enjoys building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality advice.
- Has strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to new business development.
- Is an excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex information clearly and professionally.

- Can effectively manage multiple client relationships and priorities.
- Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and professional partners to achieve the best outcomes.
