Senior Technical Project Manager - Aircraft Leasing - Dublin

A leading global aircraft and engine leasing and aftermarket platform is expanding its airframe technical team in Dublin, and is hiring two experienced people into an established function.

The role is responsible for end-to-end technical management of an assigned portfolio of leased aircraft — owning delivery and redelivery projects from planning through to closeout, and providing technical input to the commercial side of the business.

Titles map to experience: Senior Technical Manager or AVP Technical.

• Own end-to-end technical management of an assigned portfolio of leased aircraft, including delivery and redelivery project management — planning, timelines and budgets
• Lead technical reviews, lease-return matters, maintenance-reserve oversight and the annual audit schedule, covering both records reviews and physical inspections
• Manage the technical administration of general terms agreements with airframe OEMs and MROs — workscope agreement, shop-visit oversight and cost control
• Evaluate and negotiate maintenance-reserve claims and end-of-lease compensation
• Provide technical input to aircraft acquisitions and lease negotiations

What you'll bring

• 8–12+ years' aviation technical or aircraft leasing experience
• Hands-on transitions and redeliveries experience on mid-life narrowbodies — Boeing and Airbus, CFM56 and V2500
• A technical or engineering grounding in aviation: aircraft engineering, MRO, CAMO, technical records, maintenance planning or asset management
• Commercial judgement alongside the technical detail — comfortable holding a position on reserve claims and end-of-lease compensation
• Strong project discipline, and the confidence to work with senior technical and commercial stakeholders across multiple locations
