The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick is looking for a commercially driven and guest-focused Meetings & Events Sales Manager to lead the hotel's Meetings & Events function.
As Meetings & Events Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of meetings and events across the hotel.
Working closely with the Director of Sales and hotel operational teams, you will oversee the entire client journey, from initial enquiry through to event execution, while leading and developing the Meetings & Events team.

As Meetings & Events Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of meetings and events across the hotel.
Working closely with the Director of Sales and hotel operational teams, you will oversee the entire client journey, from initial enquiry through to event execution, while leading and developing the Meetings & Events team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Meetings & Events revenue through proactive sales activity and business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organisers and key stakeholders.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed business while maximising revenue opportunities.
- Lead the planning and delivery of meetings, conferences, banquets and special events.
- Manage and develop the Meetings & Events team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction throughout the event journey.
- Monitor departmental performance, budgets and commercial targets.
- Maintain high standards of service, compliance and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel sales, events, conference and banqueting or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to grow revenue and develop business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience leading or supervising teams, or the ambition to progress into a management role.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and successful events.
