Job summary

The Head of Product and Partnership Implementation will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and all departments involved in the delivery of new products or partner integrations across multiple European markets, ensuring full alignment and operational readiness. This transversal leadership role, coordinating across multiple functions and markets, will ensure seamless transition from project definition to operational launch via a structured and disciplined implementation approach, aligned with the guidelines defined in the Implementation framework. The key focus will be, through cooperation and alignment across the value chain, to ensure delivery of products on time-to-market, partner satisfaction, operational readiness, and sustainable business growth across CACI's expanding European footprint.

Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion
  • Define and implement a comprehensive PPIM strategy aligned with CACI's market expansion objectives and roadmaps for new products and partnerships across Europe, balancing commercial ambition with operational capacity..
  • Lead the establishment and evolution of the Product and Partnership Implementation function, building capability and capacity to support accelerated growth and concurrent multi-market implementations.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for all implementation initiatives, establishing clear governance structures and decision-making frameworks that ensure alignment with CACI's commercial strategy, risk appetite, and operational capacity.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders at executive level including Crédit Agricole Group entities, external partners, and technical providers to facilitate market entry and product launches

Multi-Project Portfolio Management
  • Govern and oversee the portfolio of concurrent implementation projects across multiple European markets, establishing prioritisation frameworks based on strategic value and resource availability.
  • Define and enforce clear prioritisation frameworks and governance structures that manage competing demands and ensure optimal resource allocation across the portfolio.
  • Monitor and report on the overall health and progress of the implementation portfolio

Business & Technical Framing
  • Ensure commercial ambitions are translated into actionable implementation plans, integrating both business perspectives and all major functions across the entire value chain.
  • Define clear strategic implementation requirements, success criteria, and go-live readiness standards for each new market entry or product launch in collaboration with Commercial and Product teams
  • Review and approve major implementation plans ensuring that they are realistic, achievable and aligned with both partner expectations and CACI's operational capacity.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of each implementation product and new partnership: from initial framing and scoping through to go-live and handover to operations.


Supplementary Information

  • Maintain hands-on involvement in critical implementation phases, particularly during market entry and complex partnership negotiations, while delegating operational delivery to the Implementation Manager and Project Managers.
  • Ensure each implementation achieves its commercial objectives, meets quality standards, and delivers sustainable operational readiness.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination
  • Lead coordination at the strategic level for cross-functional implementation teams involving internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives, Crédit Agricole Group leadership, and key external partners, ensuring alignment and addressing strategic concerns

Structured Governance
  • Design and oversee appropriate project governance structures (steering committees).
  • Define and enforce implementation standards, methodologies, and frameworks across all projects to ensure consistency and quality.

Risk & Compliance Oversight
  • Guarantee that implementation processes comply with CACI's regulatory, risk, and audit requirements across all markets in which CACI operates.

Continuous Improvement
  • Lead the evolution of the implementation framework, tools, and templates based on lessons learned and project outcomes across all markets.

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Diploma in Business, IT, Project Management, or equivalent

Level of minimal experience

11 years and more

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance, banking, or consulting
  • Experience in senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-market product delivery and partnership management initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent complex projects and portfolios
  • Experience in transversal leadership, cross-functional team management, and complex stakeholder management at senior levels
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate commercial strategy into operational delivery
