Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded and customer-focused Disposal Auction Support / Asset Disposal Specialist to join our clients growing team.
The successful candidate will support asset disposal projects from initial enquiry through to final sale and settlement, working closely with businesses, insolvency practitioners, liquidators, receivers and private vendors to ensure a professional and efficient auction process.
The role combines customer service, project coordination, auction operations and business development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Role Details
Location: Kingswood, Dublin
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Salary: National Minimum Wage
For employees aged 20 and over, the current National Minimum Wage in Ireland is 14.15 per hour, effective from 1 January 2026. Statutory age-related rates apply to employees under 20.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based in Kingswood, Dublin. The role may also involve occasional travel for site visits, asset inspections and offsite auction activities, so a full driving licence is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate asset disposal projects from instruction through to completion.
Conduct site visits, asset inspections and inventories.
Assess assets and recommend the most appropriate route to market.
Prepare accurate asset descriptions and information for auction catalogues and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate collections, transportation, storage and auction logistics.
Liaise with vendors, liquidators, receivers, businesses and private clients.
Support the planning and delivery of onsite and offsite auctions.
Work with marketing teams to maximise asset exposure and bidder participation.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the disposal process.
Maintain accurate reporting and audit trails using company systems.
Identify opportunities to generate new business and strengthen client relationships.
Support the continued growth of asset disposal and auction activities across the business.

Desirable Experience
Previous experience within auctions, asset disposal, logistics or sales.
Experience working with commercial assets or business stock.
Business development or account management experience.
Experience coordinating collections, transport or operational projects.
Forklift licence is beneficial but not essential.
Full driving licence is desirable due to site visits and offsite auction activities.
