Location: Lilly, GBS Little Island
Type: Hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be on site 50% of the month in Little Island, Cork and 50% working remotely.
Course Eligibility: BSc/ BA in Business, Commerce, finance, law or similar

Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Intern is to provide excellent contracting and payment support to the external Healthcare Professional (HCPs) as well as the internal affiliate business partner.
- Act as a support to EMS C2P Analysts and Associates on operational tasks including Contracting to Pay queries both from external HCPs and internal business partners.
- Provide excellent customer experience through the end-to-end execution of the Contract to Pay process in a compliant manner. This includes the pre-contracting data management for the Healthcare Professional.
- Ensure efficient and effective issue resolution across the Contract to Pay process including the pre-contract data management aspects and adherence to Anti-Corruption requirements when interacting with and engaging HCPs.
- Support daily operations to ensure compliance with pre-defined SLAs.
- Support EMS projects with focus on the Contract to Pay process & pre-contracting data management, as well as the overall EMS team, by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate program.
- Fluency in English language essential. Fluency in another European language preferred
- Ability to handle complexity and utilize analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables.
