Type: Hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be on site 50% of the month in Little Island, Cork and 50% working remotely.
Course Eligibility: Bsc / BA in Commerce, Finance or Economics

Purpose
The role of a P2P Intern is to aid P2P teams with tasks along the P2P process chain, in particular support with raising purchase orders, Invoice Processing, Invoice Issue resolution, Customer Manager Tool "CSM" & Statement Matching for P2P, in adherence with Company Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities
- Process accurately third-party invoices to ensure that timely payments are made to vendors and suppliers and ensuring compliance with accounting requirements and internal guidelines
- Research, troubleshoot and resolve vendor invoice problems and ensure all account payable procedures inclusive of account payable adjustments are adhered to
- Engage with internal & external AP queries through our Customer Support tool - "CSM", adhering to & mindful of SLAs (Service level agreements)
- Support the buying desk team operations
- Promote our Internal self -serve model using [email protected]
- Understand and follow all compliance policies, laws, regulations, and The Red Book
- Implement process improvements related to Invoicing Area
- Build strong working relationships with teams and affiliates
