Intern - Global Regulatory Labeling

Start date: January or March or April 2027

Duration: 6 months

Salary: €30,500

Location: Lilly GBS, Little Island Cork

Type: Hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be on site 50% of the month in Little Island, Cork and 50% working remotely.

Course Eligibility: BSc or Msc in Sciences, pharmaceutical or similar

The Global regulatory labeling team leads the development and maintenance of Core labeling and packaging for US and Canada. The team manages the labeling updates for US/CA submissions for post-marketed products.

Responsibilities:

  • Main responsibilities will include administration with some labeling system tasks.


  • Document formatting which may include any process updates, updating job aids, updating submission documents and sending documents for review.


  • Quality checking of artwork components


  • System - this may include RIM updates, assigning document owners, creating RIM binders etc.


  • Special projects such as presentations on Labeling requirements, team presentations to other functions etc.


Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate/masters program.


  • Studies include regulatory, Labeling not required but desired.


  • Drug development process - understanding of the process.


  • Good communication skills, technical ability, and presentation skills.


  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills.


  • Excellent attention to detail and quality focused.
