Hygiene Cleaning Operative (Agri-Foods) - Co.Cavan

Location: Cavan
Hours: Monday - Friday 18:00-02:00

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Hygiene Team Cleaning Operative within an industrial environment in Cavan. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic candidate with exceptional cleaning standards. The main purpose of the role for the Cleaning Operative is to ensure that their allocated area is cleaned to the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations. Full training will be provided.

Your new role:

• Nature of work to involve duties as required on Agri-Foods production site

• To follow the direction as laid down by Site Cleaning plan

• Use of high/low pressure washing system

• Use of site provide cleaning Chemicals

• High Level Cleaning- a distinct advantage

• Empty and reline waste bins

• Dispose of rubbish

• Use of compressed air system to gross clean industry sized equipment as per specification.

• Ensure all areas of your schedule are completed as required

• Ensure all checklists are signed off as required

• Comply with all health & safety regulations

• Carry out any reasonable work instruction to the standard required

• To carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections to maintain such conditions

What you will need to succeed:

• Excellent attention to detail will be required to achieve all our client's requirements while also maintaining relevant compliance standards

• This role requires a reliable, dedicated, and motivated individual with an understanding of all aspects of hygiene standards

Experience:

• Agri-Foods/Clean room experience is a distinct advantage

• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills

• The provision of customer service is paramount and customer care is a key element of the role.

• High standards of personal presentation

• Good oral and written English
