Tullamore Court Hotel is looking for a Meetings & Events Coordinator to join the team on a 3-day-per-week basis.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced events or hospitality professional who enjoys the pace of meetings and events but is looking for greater flexibility and a better balance around other commitments.
The role
You'll be the main point of contact for clients, helping to coordinate their events from the initial enquiry through to delivery. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll make sure every detail is organised, communicated and delivered to a high standard.
You'll be responsible for:
We're looking for someone with previous experience in events, meetings & events, hospitality or a similar client-facing role.
You'll be organised, confident dealing with people and comfortable managing multiple details at once. Most importantly, you'll take pride in delivering a great experience for our clients.
Some flexibility around evenings and weekends will be required depending on the events schedule.

The role

You'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, private events and other functions from enquiry through to completion.
- Working with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their event runs smoothly.
- Liaising with Food & Beverage, Operations and Sales teams to coordinate all event details.
- Keeping event information, requirements, timelines and financials accurate and up to date.
- Providing support on the day of events and ensuring everything is delivered as planned.
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the hotel.
