Job Description Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative Location: Dublin, Ireland- hybrid (open to relocating to Ireland) Contract Length: 12 Months Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service & Sales Rep to support a fast-paced financial services team. Responsibilities: Deliver telephone-based support to members on all aspects of general insurance underwriting. Respond to member requests, resolve disputes efficiently and effectively. Provide exceptional levels of customer service. Build strong relationships with existing and prospective members through conversation to identify member needs and suggest appropriate client insurance products. Achieve sales and service targets while adhering to European, US and International regulatory compliance guidelines and procedures. Understand and apply risk management principles by adhering to policies and procedures. Actively participate in personal and professional development, responding positively to feedback and overcoming challenges. Escalate systemic issues impacting member satisfaction. Required: Experience multitasking in a Windows operating system environment. Excellent business English communication skills (oral and written). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional corporate environment. Preferred: Candidates with an Insurance and customer service back background.
