We are seeking a highly organised and professional Front of House Administrator to join a busy Tier One construction company. This role will be the first point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service while providing vital administrative support across the business.

Front of House & Reception
  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, directing queries appropriately and taking accurate messages
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely distribution
  • Organise and coordinate courier services as required
  • Maintain a tidy, professional, and presentable reception area

Administration Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director/Board Directors
  • Assist with preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements where required
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper-based)
  • Support wider office administration as needed

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
  • Provide ad hoc support to senior leadership, including the Chairman, when required
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions


Skills / Experience required for the role:
• Strong administrative experience in a busy office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional, approachable, and confident manner
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
