Type: Hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be on site 50% of the month in Little Island, Cork and 50% working remotely.

This role offers hands-on experience writing concise, engaging copy for posters, social media, and digital channels within a regulated healthcare environment.

- Developing recruitment, retention, site-facing, and general awareness materials across a portfolio of 70+ clinical trials
- Driving the transition from a print-first to a digital-first content approach
- Ensuring content is patient-friendly, on-brand, and compliant with regulatory and legal standards
- Supporting the build and maintenance of Lilly Trials pages
- Partnering with Medical, Legal, Quality, and Visual Communications to bring content from draft to approval
Responsibilities:
Role Summary Provide copywriting and content support to the Content Hub team, helping to develop short-form, patient-facing recruitment materials for a digital-first audience. This role offers hands-on experience writing concise, engaging copy for posters, social media, and digital channels within a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft short-form copy for recruitment materials, including posters, social media posts, and digital banners, in a clear, patient-friendly, non-clinical tone
- Support the team's shift from print-first to digital-first content, adapting existing materials for digital and social formats
- Apply basic SEO and social media best practice to written content (keyword awareness, scannability, tone appropriate to platform)
- Assist with proofreading and quality-checking materials for tone, consistency, and brand alignment
- Support version control and file management of content drafts within SharePoint
- Help track content status and deadlines across multiple trials, flagging risks or delays as needed
- Any ad hoc requests
Requirements:
- Some experience or coursework in copywriting, content creation, or social media content (a portfolio or writing samples is an advantage)
- Strong written communication skills, with an ability to write concisely and adapt tone for different audiences
- Basic understanding of SEO or social media content principles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Candidate must be outgoing and work well as part of a team
