Senior Manager, Asset Management – Aircraft Leasing
Location: Dublin – fully onsite
Department: Technical and Asset Management
An international aircraft leasing and asset management company is seeking a (Senior) Manager to join its Asset Management team in Dublin.
Working closely with the Director, Head of Asset Management, the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day administration of aircraft operating leases, including lease deliverables, invoicing, receivables, security arrangements, insurance and aircraft utilisation reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the daily administration of aircraft operating lease contracts
- Liaising with airline customers to collect and monitor lease deliverables
- Administering rent, maintenance reserves, deposits and servicing fees
- Ensuring the timely issuance of all related invoices
- Reconciling letters of credit, security deposits and maintenance reserve funds
- Managing periodic maintenance-rate adjustments
- Establishing and maintaining contingent insurance for owned and managed aircraft
- Responding to queries from customers, financiers and regulators
- Monitoring bank accounts and escalating overdue receivables
- Reviewing leases and preparing summaries for newly acquired assets
- Setting up aircraft and engine contracts and lease covenants within the asset management system
- Reconciling contractual payments and preparing periodic reports
- Maintaining electronic documentation and conducting regular “No-Gaps” audits
- Monitoring monthly lessee aircraft status reports and recording aircraft utilisation
- Liaising with the Technical team to ensure aircraft data is accurate and up to date
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, aviation engineering, marketing or a comparable discipline
- At least three years’ experience within an aircraft leasing company or a similar contract or lease management role
- Strong understanding of lease administration, invoicing and contractual deliverables
- Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong reporting skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working fully onsite in Dublin
