Job Description TTM Healthcare are partnering with a leading Private Nursing Home, who are looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Nurse to join an organisation and contribute to the success of the business. Position available: Clinical Nurse Manager - CNM Location: Cork Contract: Full-time, Permanent As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will support the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and person-centred care, ensuring residents' individual needs are met and clinical policies and best practices are consistently maintained. You will provide strong leadership and supervision to nursing and care staff, supporting training, development, performance and effective teamwork. The role will involve overseeing medication management, clinical documentation, audits, assessments, infection control, health and safety, and ensuring any issues are appropriately addressed and escalated. You will also build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals, while supporting the Director of Nursing and taking responsibility for the home in their absence.
