The Taxsaver Specialist is responsible for managing and administering the overall Taxsaver Scheme for Bus Éireann as part of the CIE Group scheme. The role ensures the efficient and accurate delivery of Taxsaver products and services to customers while maintaining effective relationships with internal departments, external stakeholders and relevant business partners.
The role involves the administration and distribution of Taxsaver products, customer service, financial reconciliation, reporting, project and systems support and coordination with key stakeholders to ensure the scheme operates effectively and in line with business requirements.
The Taxsaver Specialist will also provide guidance and support on Taxsaver-related issues, contribute to the development and implementation of new products and IT updates and provide cover for Taxsaver staff when required.
This is a 15-month Contract position based in Bus Eireann's Broadstone Office.
