Role information:
  • Experience within a similar role ideally a commercial and customer facing environment.
  • Able to demonstrate sound maintenance and electrical knowledge.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and able to motivate staff.
  • Health and safety and risk assessment experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of dealing with people at all levels.
  • Sound knowledge of financial controls and budgeting.

Requirements:
  • Organised, structured and clear in direction with clarity of focus
  • Good ability to motivate, develop and manage teams and efficiency in working with other colleagues
  • Excellent interpersonal relations with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • An excellent communicator
  • A strong business partner for the CEO and executive leadership team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and effect change
  • Thrives in a busy challenging ever-changing growth environment
