Barista & Onsite Merchandiser (Part-Time 16-20 Hours)

About the Role

The Fruit People are looking for a enthusiastic, customer-focused Barista / Merchandiser to bring the energy to our Operations VIP Team! You'll be the face of our onsite Food & Beverage Programme-crafting amazing coffee, keeping displays looking fresh, and making our customers' day with top-tier service.

The role covers Monday-Thursday mornings, and starts between 06:00-08:30am - 12:30 Finish

What You'll Be Doing

• Barista (Primary Focus): Serve up delicious, top-quality espresso drinks with speed and a smile; keep the coffee station sparkling clean, welcoming, and stocked with all the essentials (milk, syrups, cups, treats!).
• Merchandising (Supporting Focus): Keep our snack stands and fridges stacked, tidy, and looking irresistible; track weekly stock counts and share feedback with our team on what's flying off the shelves.

What We're Looking For

• Barista experience under your belt (espresso machine skills & milk texturing are key!).
• Basic food hygiene awareness
• A warm, upbeat attitude with a genuine passion for great customer service.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness, strong work ethic, and eligibility to work in Ireland.
