The Role
Are you an entrepreneurial Store Manager who is not only passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, but also an exceptional experience for their team?
This full-time role based at our Kildare store in Ireland. You'll be responsible for building a NEOM Wellbeing community, delivering unforgettable events for customers, and working on customer outreach, all whilst promoting the learning and development of your team.
As a key member of the retail team, you will oversee all aspects of your store from stock management and operations to local commercial strategy and clever business planning. Working closely with Marketing, Operations and Sales and Education, you have the power to make a difference to not only your store, but the wider business too.
This role requires someone available to work weekdays and weekends. Late nights and travel to other stores and events may be required.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do

- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations including sales performance, KPIs, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, reporting, and stock ordering.
- Champion NEOM's brand by organising and supporting in-store and field events, collaborating with local businesses and partners.
- Recruit, train, and mentor your team with a strong focus on education, development, and wellbeing.
- Deliver an unforgettable NEOM Wellbeing experience for every customer, inspiring positive lifestyle choices.
- Develop and execute an Annual Events Plan to support monthly activations and brand partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to support our people and planet, including fundraising for our partnered charity through events and collaborations.
- Lead community initiatives that promote inclusivity, volunteering, and local engagement.

What We Would Love
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing a team, ideally in a standalone retail environment
- Proven background in the health and beauty industry
- Passion for wellbeing and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team
- Commercially driven with a focus on increasing store footfall and brand presence
- Excellent attention to detail and high operational standards
- Confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive mindset
- IT literate, comfortable using MS Office, Excel, and Google Drive
- Self-motivated, able to multitask and work independently
- Aligned with NEOM's values and committed to community and wellbeing initiative
