What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinksto Hawksmoor standards
- Deliver engaging, knowledgeable and friendly service atthe bar
- Keep the bar stocked, clean and well organized
- Work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless guestexperiences
- Learn and develop your cocktail and spirits knowledge
- Experience behind a busy bar
- Passion for cocktails, wines and spirits
- Engaging, outgoing and enjoy talking to guests
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working witha team
