As Assistant Bar Manager, you'll support the BarManager in leading the bar team and ensuring every drink and every servicelives up to Hawksmoor standards. What You'll Do
- Support the Bar Manager with day-to-day leadershipof the bar team
- Lead shifts confidently, ensuring drinks quality,service and speed meet Hawksmoor standards
- Help train and develop bartenders and barbacksthrough coaching and tastings
- Manage stock, ordering, and waste to maintainexcellent cost control
- Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor andbehind the bar
- Deputise for the Bar Manager when needed, keepingservice smooth and consistent
- Experienced as an Assistant Bar Manager, Supervisoror strong Head Bartender in a quality, cocktail-led venue
- Passionate about cocktails, wines, spirits andcreating memorable guest experiences
- A supportive leader who develops and motivatestheir team
- Organised, energetic and confident under pressure
- Ambitious and ready to progress towards a BarManager role
