Applications are invited for a temporary part-time post of a Molecular Tumour Board (MTB) Research Database Manager within the School of Medicine
Globally, cancer care has moved to personalised treatment strategies based upon genomic sequencing analysis. The

monthly discussion forums with national and international experts in an accessible and equitable way.
UCD, in collaboration with Cancer Trials Ireland and the Sarah Jennifer Knott Foundation, is undertaking the IMTB
project as part of the Precision Oncology Ireland Strategic Partnership Programme. The IMTB project aims to: (i) provide a personalised oncology approach for patients; (ii) develop an educational precision oncology
resource for the medical and allied health care community; and (iii) develop a knowledge resource for national and
international collaborative cancer research by contributing to real world data. The IMTB database will contain
information on variant incidence/prevalence in specific cancer and responses to targeted therapies.
Salary Range: €46,365 - €51,400 Per Annum pro rata @ 0.5 FTE
Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
