Barista - Full-Time & Part-Time

SPAR Catherine Street is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Baristas to join our café team on a Full-Time and Part-Time basis. The successful candidate will prepare and serve quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean and welcoming café environment in a fast-paced setting.

• Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages
• Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café and work areas
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock presentation, and product availability
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages as required
• Follow all food safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team to create a positive customer experience

• Previous Barista or customer service experience is desirable

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ensure compliance with all HACCP, food safety, and Health & Safety procedures
