Position Details;

Role: Mobile Fleet Coordinator

Location:Mayfield Cork

Schedule:Monday - Friday (Weekend Availability)

RoleType: Onsite based position

Responsibilities;

• Overall coordination of deployed mobile vehicles
• Vehicle maintenance monitoring and scheduling
• Vehicle compliance
• Coordination of vehicle fleet leases
• Conducting process and quality checks on mobile operational procedures
• Ensuring vehicles have the correct equipment
• Support branch management

Requirements

Role Requirements;

• Provenexperience in coordination / administrative duties
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
• Abilityto work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fullclean driving licence (Manual Vehicle)
• Proficientin Google suite's and other relevantsoftware.

General Requirements;

• Abilityto conduct a full-time onsite role
• Flexibilityin relation to working schedule
