Role Profile

The International Mobility Coordinator role is an integral member of the Placement Team, providing a professional and comprehensive service to assist a wide range of international mobility activities, with a primary focus on outgoing and incoming academic placements for students and staff and on the administration of the Erasmus+ KA171 International Credit Mobility programme. Reporting to the International Mobility Manager, the coordinator will work closely with administrative colleagues, Faculties, Schools, central units, students, and external partners.

This role requires a motivated self-starter with strong organisational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and strict deadlines while ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of data and documentation. The areas for which the successful individual will be tasked with are multifaceted in nature, spanning programme administration, stakeholder engagement, and the development and continuous improvement of the team's systems, automation and documentation. As the role evolves, specific duties may change over time. Below is an indicative overview of the key tasks that will be carried out under the guidance of the International Mobility Manager. The position is based on the Glasnevin Campus.

Salary Scale:

Professional 4: €45,116 - € 65,984.

Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current Government pay policy.
