We're looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our kitchen team and help prepare fresh, high-quality food every day. What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a kitchen, food preparation or hospitality environment is beneficial
A passion for preparing high-quality fresh food
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A positive, reliable and hard-working attitude
A willingness to learn and develop within the business

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing fresh food products to Pret's high standards
Following recipes, preparation guides and food safety procedures at all times
Ensuring products are prepared, stocked and available throughout the day
Maintaining excellent food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards
Managing stock rotation and helping to minimise waste
Receiving deliveries and storing products correctly
Keeping kitchen areas, equipment and storage areas clean and organised
Working closely with the wider shop team to ensure a great customer experience
Supporting new team members during training when required
Contributing to a positive, supportive and inclusive team culture
