The Role

As a Solutions Executive, you'll be at the heart of campaign delivery, supporting media partnerships, sponsorships, social and digital activations, events, and more. You will collaborate with creative teams, manage campaign performance, and help develop new advertising solutions, all while learning from the best in the business.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Analysing and reporting on campaign performance across various media channels
• Assisting the sales team on proposals and presentations
• Researching industry trends and competitor activity to inform creative solutions
• Managing promotional calendars and campaign bookings
• Supporting the team in delivering activations and events
• Tracking key metrics, KPIs, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• General team support, contributing to a positive and innovative work culture

About You

Were looking for future media leaders who are:

• Proactive self-starters with a genuine interest in media, advertising, or communications
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to build new skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Confident communicators, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and digital platforms

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A track record of achievement (academic, professional, or extracurricular)
• Experience in client service, sales, or campaign management (not essential)
• A passion for developing innovative advertising solutions
