Radisson Sligo, part of The iNUA Collection, is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

What You'll Do
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Take responsibility for your designated section, ensuring it operates efficiently throughout each service.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to deliver high-quality food across all services.
- Support and guide Commis Chefs and junior members of the team, helping them develop their skills.
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health and safety and kitchen cleanliness.
- Assist with stock control, food preparation and minimising food waste.
- Contribute ideas and creativity to menus, specials and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets the hotel's quality and presentation standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role, ideally within a hotel or quality restaurant environment.
- A passion for food and delivering consistently high standards.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation and kitchen operations.
- The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- A relevant culinary qualification is desirable but not essential where relevant experience is demonstrated.
