UCD Post-doctoral Research Fellow 1, Computational Pathology, UCD School of Biomolecular and Biomedical Science, 12 months

Applications are invited for a temporary post of a UCD Post-doctoral Research Fellow 1 within UCD School of Biomolecular and Biomedical Science

This research-focused post will support the development and application of computational approaches for cancer prognosis, biomarker discovery and translational research. The researcher will apply artificial intelligence, machine learning and statistical methods to digital pathology, clinical outcome, spatial transcriptomic and multi-omic datasets. The role will involve analysis of histopathology images, prognostic and survival modelling, integration of imaging, clinical and molecular data, and development of reproducible computational workflows for high-dimensional biomedical datasets. The researcher will contribute to the identification, evaluation and validation of clinically and biologically relevant biomarkers and computational models.

PD1 Salary: €47,273 - €49,890 per annum

Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
