The Cantillon Group, an award-winning convenience retailer in Cork, is on the hunt for a vibrant and talented Deli Assistant to join our team at

MAXOL Clonakilty.

Please note this is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare delicious food products in our fresh food department.
• Provide support to the management team in the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP and Food Safety procedures, guaranteeing the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Create customer orders, both hot and cold.
• Keep our food displays looking tantalizing and in line with company standards.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and fully operational food business, from setup to closure.
• Providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to address any inquiries or concerns.
• Embracing any additional duties assigned by our supportive store management team.
