Team Leader

Job Summary:

Please note this is a part time position of 20 hours per week. The salary offered will be pro-rata on this basis

The Team Leader is an integral part of the support team, responsible for meeting the practical, physical, and emotional needs of the individuals we support within the service.

Through a key worker system, they will design individual support programmes and coordinate the delivery of these packages by a group of Support Workers and themselves.
