Laser Skin Therapist

We are looking for a multifunctional Laser Skin therapist providing compassionate personalised care in procedural and preoperative settings to join our team at Eden Medical Clinic. Specialise in providing attentive care for patients undergoing elective cosmetic procedures, including laser treatments and minimally- invasive treatments. Committed to providing comprehensive assistance, primarily in clinical environment

This role is 30-40 hours a week.

Working every 2nd Monday & 2nd Saturday and every Thursday & Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of patient care in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Assess patients skin- related health problems
• Perform aesthetic treatments such as laser treatments for treatments such as: skin rejuvenation and pigmentation correction
• Inform and educate patients on post-treatment care, side effects, and expected results
• Adhere to infection control protocols
• Monitor patients during treatment and report any adverse reactions
• Clean and maintain treatment rooms and equipment
• Keep abreast of new developments in aesthetics through continued education

Requirements/qualifications

• Skin therapist with at least 3 years experience performing laser treatments desirable
• Additional certification, training and/or experience in dermatology and/or aesthetic nursing is preferred
• Commercially astute and passionate to succeed
• Experience with laser treatments and microdermabrasion
• Knowledge or skincare products and ingredients
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

30-40 hours a week
