People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the CPM team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM, via demonstrable initiatives to drive best practices and continuous improvement. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded professional to provide high-level support to the General Manager while contributing to the growth and development of the business.

This is a varied role that combines executive support, office coordination, tender management, presentation development and client engagement. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities, building relationships with stakeholders and taking ownership of key projects that support both business operations and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage the General Manager's diary, meetings, travel and key priorities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas and supporting documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions, ensuring deadlines and commitments are achieved.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


Office & Business Support:

  • Lead office initiatives, events and internal projects.
  • Support the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and ways of working.
  • Coordinate suppliers, services and workplace requirements as needed.
  • Help foster a positive and professional office environment.


New Business & Tender Support:

  • Support the identification and development of new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate tenders, proposals, presentations and pitch submissions.
  • Gather information from stakeholders and translate it into compelling client-facing materials.
  • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and supporting content.
  • Assist with market research, prospect identification and opportunity tracking.
  • Create engaging content that promotes the company's people, culture and services.


Client Relationship Development:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Support client meetings, presentations and follow-up activity.
  • Maintain an organised pipeline of opportunities and actions.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to progress commercial opportunities and strengthen client relationships.


Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Support, Account Management, Bid/Tender, Proposal or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
  • Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of professional presentation.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and solve problems proactively.
