Overview
We are looking for an organised, reliable and motivated candidate to support the efficient day-to-day operation of our stockroom. This is a fast-paced role that plays a key part in ensuring products are available and presented to the highest standards for our customers.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Receive, process and organise stock deliveries efficiently and with 100% accuarcy.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and well-organised stockroom environment.
- Ensure replenishment of stock levels in the stockroom at all times to ensure stock can be brought to the shop floor promptly.
- Complete stock transfers, returns, markdowns and price changes as required.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory management to maintain 100% accurate stock & inventory records.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of all stock and inventory on store platforms.
- Report daily to management and sales teams to support business needs.
- Follow all company procedures relating to stock handling, loss prevention, and health and safety.
- Support with additional stockroom tasks and operational duties in an efficient and systematic manner as required.
Qualifications
- Previous stockroom, warehouse or retail experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable with the physical aspects of the role, including lifting, moving and handling stock safely.
- Able to work independently and use initiative when needed.
- Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends and early mornings where required.
