Shop SupervisorWe are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team in SPAR Westwood. As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our shop and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.
- Manage and supervise a team of shop staff
- Ensure smooth operation of the shop floor
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
