What You Can Expect
Are you passionate about making manufacturing processes safer, smarter and more efficient? Join our Manufacturing team and play a hands-on role in improving how products are made. As a Continuous Improvement Technical Operator, you will work closely with production teams, supervisors and engineers to identify opportunities, solve day-to-day challenges and support sustainable improvements on the shop floor.
How You'll Create Impact
- Provide hands-on support to manufacturing teams to help ensure safe, efficient and quality-focused production
- Improve workflows, reduce delays and help eliminate waste across daily operations
- Collect, document and review production data to support troubleshooting and improvement activities
- Support the resolution of routine production issues in collaboration with engineers and supervisors
- Maintain and update work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Assist with implementing process changes and communicating updates clearly to operators
- Contribute to continuous-improvement projects, including the Pathway to Excellence Programme
- Encourage and support continuous-improvement idea generation across all shifts

Your Background
- Experience in a manufacturing, production or technical operations environment
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt qualification
- Familiarity with structured problem-solving tools and improvement activities
- Sound judgement when addressing routine issues and recognising when escalation is needed
- Comfortable using standard Microsoft Office applications
