Lab Systems Specialist

Job Description We're Hiring: Lab Systems Specialist | Cruiserath, Dublin | 12-Month Contract Are you looking to build your career in laboratory digital systems within a leading global biopharmaceutical environment? We're seeking a Lab Systems Specialist to join a Quality Control Digital Systems team, supporting laboratory operations through the management and maintenance of LIMS master data and providing technical support to QC laboratories. Contract Details Location: Dublin, Ireland (On-site) Contract: 12 Months Hours: 39 hours per week Pay Rate: 22.00 per hour (PAYE) Start Date: 28 September 2026 Key Responsibilities Create and maintain LIMS master data and system configurations. Support change controls, system updates, and documentation. Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements. Collaborate with QC laboratory teams to ensure accurate system setup. Troubleshoot and provide technical support to laboratory users. Author and review SOPs and work instructions. Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the laboratory. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 1-3 years' experience within the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry. Experience with at least one laboratory system such as LIMS, Empower, LES, MODA, or CIMS. Understanding of cGMP and regulated laboratory environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Interested?
