Change Analyst

Change Analyst
Location: Burnfoot, County Donegal
The Change Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining product master data within Oracle and PLM systems, while coordinating and supporting engineering and product changes across their lifecycle. Ensures data accuracy, process compliance, and effective implementation of changes impacting products, components, and systems.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and validate master data in Oracle and PLM systems, including part numbers, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and product configurations
- Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards and procedures
- Coordinate and support engineering change processes (e.g., ECR/ECO), including reviewing requests, supporting impact assessments, and implementing approved changes
- Maintain data integrity and alignment across ERP/PLM systems
- Support production engineering and other departments with data, system structure, and usage queries
- Monitor and follow defined processes to ensure timely and accurate execution of planned activities
- Maintain clear records to support traceability and audit requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data management and change processes
- Work in line with lean principles, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in a technical or engineering-related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP, PLM, master data, or change management role
- Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Strong understanding of BOM structures, product configurations, and technical documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Strong analytical and technical thinking skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets accurately
- Good understanding of process-driven environments and data governance
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and take initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive with a structured and precise approach to work
