Responsible for directing and managing Responsible Business activities, teams, and client service delivery within Construct, Consult, Operate engine in a global market and/or sector.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Directing responsible business outcomes, delivering measurable client value.
  • Driving revenue growth and sustainable sector performance.
  • Directing work winning, bids and strategic pipeline decisions.
  • Building strong senior client and partner relationships.
  • Shaping integrated service offers across Mace disciplines.
  • Championing climate action, social value and biodiversity outcomes.
  • Ensuring effective resourcing, capability and future talent planning.
  • Promoting sector insight, thought leadership and best practice.
  • Representing Mace externally, enhancing profile and market presence.
  • Supporting net zero transition and carbon reduction objectives.

You'll need to have:

  • 8 years' experience of compiling and interpreting Scope 1, 2 and Scope 3 emissions under GHG Protocol as they relate to infrastructure projects, including construction activities, materials, energy use, supply chains and where 3rd parties been engaged.
  • Chartered or professionally accredited.
  • Experience embedding carbon metrics in procurement.
  • Knowledge of EPDs and infrastructure materials.
  • Proficient in whole-life carbon and LCA tools.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and technical communication.
  • Supports decarbonisation, innovation and capability development.
