Who we are

We're on a mission to transform how fleets operate, using cutting-edge camera technology, AI, machine learning and telematics to make roads safer and businesses smarter.

As an award-winning SaaS company in a high-growth phase, we're scaling fast and expanding into new markets worldwide. Our technology gives fleet operators real-time visibility, reduces risk, improves efficiency, and helps set new safety standards across the industry.

Join a global, ambitious team and be part of what's next!

The role

As Systems Administrator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of CameraMatics' corporate IT environment, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management, and our core business applications.

Reporting to the Head of IT, Security & Compliance, you'll work closely together to ensure our identity, device, and application landscape remains secure, reliable, and scalable. You'll also serve as a trusted technical point of contact for employees across our offices, providing hands-on support and helping to deliver a seamless IT experience as we continue to grow.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week onsite in our Dublin or Waterford office, and 2 days remote. The role will require travel between our Dublin and Waterford offices as needed, as well as occasional travel to our UK offices (approximately once per month).

What you'll do

IT Infrastructure & Operations

Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, covering licensing, configuration, and day-to-day support

Own endpoint management via Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment (Windows and macOS), compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Autopilot for new starters

Maintain the IT asset register as an accurate, audit-ready record, coordinating hardware procurement, lifecycle management, and secure disposal

Administer Salesforce at a system level, including user and permission management, licence assignment, and coordinating with the business on configuration changes and support requests

Support SaaS application governance: tracking app usage, managing licences, and flagging shadow IT

Act as an escalation point for helpdesk issues relating to identity, devices, and core business applications across all offices

Identity & Access Management

Manage Entra ID (Azure AD): user and group administration, Conditional Access policies, SSO configuration, and MFA enforcement

Support onboarding and offboarding processes with robust access provisioning and deprovisioning workflows for joiners, movers, and leavers

Run and evidence periodic user access reviews across M365, Entra ID, and key business systems including Salesforce, maintaining records for audit purposes

Security & Compliance Report

Support vulnerability management: tracking scan findings, coordinating patch and remediation timelines, and reporting on endpoint compliance via Intune

Maintain logging and monitoring across core systems, including M365 audit logs and Entra ID sign-in logs, ensuring logs are retained and flagging anomalies to the Head of IT

Support the Head of IT with audit evidence gathering for SOC 2 and related compliance frameworks

Help maintain business continuity and disaster recovery documentation, and support testing of BC/DR plans

Maintain clear, up-to-date runbooks and process documentation for IT operations

What we're looking for

Essential

3-5 years' experience in a Systems Administrator, IT Operations, or similar infrastructure support role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access and MFA

Practical experience with an MDM platform, ideally Microsoft Intune, managing both Windows and macOS devices

Experience administering Salesforce (user and licence management, security settings), ideally as an in-house administrator rather than a certified developer

Experience running or supporting joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes and IT asset tracking

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel between our Dublin and Waterford offices as required, with occasional travel to our UK offices (approximately once per month).

Desirable

Exposure to SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks and audit support

Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft MD-102, MS-102, or SC-300; Salesforce Administrator certification)

Familiarity with PowerShell or Graph API scripting for M365/Entra ID administration

Experience supporting a distributed or multi-country workforce

What you'll get

Hybrid working model: 3 days onsite (Dublin or Waterford Office) and 2 days remote

A genuinely impactful role, where you'll be a key part of how we run IT securely as we scale

A collaborative, ambitious team that moves fast and takes quality seriously

Opportunity to grow with the company as we expand across international markets
