WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
This role administratively supports the Service Contract and Quotes administration department covering a varying number of functions. This role is suitable for a candidate who has strong administrative skills and is looking to gain experience within an engineering and service department. The successful candidate will be based in our Sandyford Office initially and once fully trained will have the option to work remotely 2 days per week.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration and Operations support – Day to Day support
Support the Service Department team and day-to-day administration specific to the department.
Assist the team in data cleansing and data enrichment within FSL (Field Service Lighting/Salesforce).
Assist with the administration of Contracts and processing client orders
Creation of established contracts from renewal quotes and invoicing process.
Creation of new contracts (records and follow ups)
Assist with administration in relation to contract renewal quotes (records and follow ups)
Creation of quotes for assets (equipment) that is coming out of warranty (records and follow ups)
Creation of Warranty Contracts.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Excellent numeric and data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar service management platforms is required.
Excellent customer relationship skills with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Team worker with strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to multi-task, skill in establishing priorities and managing workloads
Ability to be flexible and to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations or individuals
Professional who is experienced and dependable with discretion, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
