We're looking for an experienced, motivated People & Culture Assistant Manager to support our people strategy across Tullamore Court Hotel and Radisson Blu Athlone.
Working closely with the hotel leadership teams and Group People & Culture department, you will support recruitment, employee relations, engagement, training and development initiatives across both properties. Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of People & Culture initiatives across both hotels.
- Partner with managers and department heads on people-related matters and HR best practices.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activities.
- Assist with employee relations processes and HR administration.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives across both properties.
- Help drive colleague engagement, recognition and wellbeing programmes.
- Maintain HR records and support compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources, People & Culture or a related hospitality role.
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources Management, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Irish Employment Law and HR best practice.
- Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Passion for people, hospitality and creating positive workplace cultures.
