The Administration Team Manager (ATM) will have a key role in managing and developing the function of the clinical administrative support units within a speciality/service group. This role will involve leading and supporting staff through a significant change period. He/she will be responsible for ensuring optimal clinical administrative support is provided to the speciality/service groups in an efficient, cost effective and streamlined manner. The post holder will also work closely with the Operations Manager and Clinical Lead in the Directorate to ensure balanced administrative support across specialties.
