  • Advise on local and cross-border tax matters, including international tax structuring, transactions and global tax issues, delivering practical and commercially focused solutions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business, strategic priorities and commercial objectives, building trusted relationships over time.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Irish and global tax practices to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to business development, identify opportunities to support existing clients, and help grow the International Tax practice.

  • Contribute to the commercial management of the practice, including work in progress, recoverability and financial performance.

What you will gain

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Work on high-quality international tax matters for multinational and internationally active clients.
  • Develop your technical, commercial and leadership skills in a supportive team environment.
  • Learn from experienced leaders who are invested in your progression.

  • Contribute to a growing team with a clear market-facing focus.
  • Play an active role in mentoring others and shaping how the team develops.

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • ATT, ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification.
  • At least six years' post-qualification experience in an international tax role within a professional services environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of international tax principles and cross-border transactions.
  • Experience managing complex client engagements and delivering commercially focused tax advice.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
