This is a customer-facing role based in Dublin, with an expectation of three days per week onsite with the customer.
Why This Role Matters
This is not a traditional Service Delivery Manager role.
We are seeking a highly experienced customer-facing leader to become Hansen's senior onsite representative within one of our most strategic enterprise accounts.
You will operate at the intersection of customer success, service delivery, commercial growth and strategic account leadership. Success in this role requires the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, navigate complex challenges, influence outcomes and advocate for both the customer and Hansen.
You will play a key role in strengthening customer partnerships, supporting SaaS transformation initiatives, ensuring successful service outcomes and helping expand Hansen's long-term footprint within the account.
What You Bring
10+ years' experience in customer-facing leadership roles within enterprise software, SaaS, consulting, managed services or technology environments.
Demonstrated success managing large, complex enterprise customers and executive stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading customer governance, navigating challenging situations and managing business-critical escalations.
Strong commercial awareness with exposure to renewals, contract discussions, change requests or account growth activities.
Ability to influence outcomes and build consensus across multiple stakeholder groups without formal authority.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, commercially minded and customer-focused approach.
Experience within utilities, energy, telecommunications or closely related industries would be preferred.
What You'll Do
Serve as Hansen's primary onsite representative and trusted advisor for a major enterprise customer.
Build and maintain strong relationships across operational, management and executive stakeholders.
Lead customer governance, executive reviews, service discussions and strategic planning activities.
Manage complex escalations, delivery risks and customer concerns, driving timely and effective resolution.
Coordinate with global delivery teams across New Zealand, Vietnam and other regions to ensure customer commitments are achieved.
Work closely with product, delivery, operations and commercial teams to improve customer outcomes and strengthen customer satisfaction.
Support SaaS transition initiatives and broader customer transformation programmes.
Identify and help develop commercial growth opportunities including renewals, change requests, service expansion and strategic initiatives.
Influence key decisions and drive alignment across customer and Hansen stakeholders.
Represent the voice of the customer internally while balancing delivery, commercial and business priorities.
What sets you apart
You thrive in complex customer environments and are comfortable operating with senior stakeholders.
You can balance customer needs, delivery realities and commercial objectives while maintaining trusted relationships on all sides.
You are equally comfortable discussing service performance, delivery strategy, customer transformation initiatives and commercial opportunities, and you bring the credibility and judgement expected of a senior customer-facing leader.
