Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness at all times.
- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with stock control, cash handling and daily bar operations.
- Support the training and development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety requirements and company standards.
- Previous experience in a supervisory bar or hospitality role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
